Click "Save Target As" (or "Download Link to Disk" for Mac or choose the "Save" option in the dialogue window for Firefox users) to save the file to your computer. Please pay attention to where you save it.
Open the Adobe Acrobat Reader program. Click on the file folder icon or go to the File menu and click on the "Open" button. Find and select your file in the pop-up window, then click the "Open" button again.
Left click the "Download Previous Issue" link to open the web page for the most recent back issue.
